Hi! I’m Monica Andrews. I serve as the Vice President/Chair of the BAYS Board. Outside of BAYS, I’m the Director of Sales and Operations, Team Recruiting, Enablement, and Training at Fivestars. I was diagnosed with Stage 0 Ductal Carcinoma in Situ (DCIS) and Stage 1b, -HER2, +Estrogen/Progesterone invasive ductal carcinoma at 45 years-old. I found BAYS through a co-worker who kept telling me about all the great things BAYS does. I’ve found comfort in the BAYS community’s safe space, where people from diverse backgrounds and experiences can come together and share what is real about being diagnosed with breast cancer. I’m deeply inspired by my husband, family, and close friends. I get energized by helping others is any capacity I can. I’m always looking for new ways to make changes, learning from new pathways and challenges.
