Jessica Gulish

Jessica Gulish joined the BAYS board in 2026 and currently serves as President. She brings a longstanding commitment to leadership, community building, and healthcare advocacy, along with a positive, outgoing, and collaborative approach. As President, Jessica hopes to encourage shared leadership, thoughtful organization, and clear communication to help support and sustain the important work BAYS is already doing.

In the summer of 2025, Jessica was diagnosed with stage 1 invasive ductal carcinoma after discovering a lump during a self exam. The diagnosis was life changing and reinforced the importance of community during times of uncertainty. Shortly after her diagnosis, she found BAYS through a family friend and immediately felt a sense of comfort and understanding. In a world where many people do not fully understand the realities of diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship, BAYS became a place where she felt seen and supported. Through BAYS, Jessica learned from the lived experiences of members who had walked the path before her and found reassurance in shared understanding and connection, deepening her commitment to giving back.

Professionally, Jessica has over 20 years of experience in healthcare sales and leadership and currently serves as Head of Sales at Spruce Health, where she helped build and scale the organization. Her leadership journey began early, including serving as President of her college sorority, which shaped her people centered approach to leadership. Based in the Bay Area, Jessica enjoys Pilates, spending time with family and friends, and creating well themed costumes and outfits for any event she may be attending.
