Amelia Timbers

Amelia Timbers joined the BAYS in December 2024 when she was diagnosed with DCIS. She joined the BAYS Board in 2026 as its Secretary. She hopes to give back to an BAYS and its members, which was so meaningful and supportive during her breast cancer journey.

Amelia Timbers is an environmental planner who brings extensive experience in the management of complex environmental projects, programs, and initiatives. Amelia is a subject matter expert in energy policy, GHG reductions, transportation, climate adaptation and resilience, and air quality. She has a track record of successfully facilitating sustainability adoption and GHG reductions in the private and public sectors. She holds a JD / MBA from Northeastern University and a Masters in Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School.
