Amandine Weinrob

(she/her)

Amandine (pronounced: Ah-Min-Deen) brings a background in U.S. foreign aid and global program management, with a career rooted in collaboration, community-building, operational efficiencies, and equity. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and staying active through a variety of physical pursuits.

In April 2023, she was diagnosed with Stage 3 triple-negative invasive ductal carcinoma breast cancer. Like many, she discovered a lump and initially assumed it was benign. She vividly recalls the shock of receiving positive results from her ultrasound and mammogram—struggling to reconcile the diagnosis with being a healthy young woman with no family history of breast cancer.

Throughout her cancer journey—including chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery—BAYS provided an invaluable source of support and connection. As a mom at the height of her career, the sense of community and shared experience became a vital part of her healing.

She joined the BAYS Board in early 2025 to give back to the organization that played such a pivotal role in her life. Passionate about equitable access to resources and information, she looks forward to contributing her professional skills to further the board’s mission—and to growing alongside a community she deeply values.
